An authentic Victorian petticoat based on 1880s fashion plates.
The main feature of this petticoat is that it combines a fluffy petticoat with ruffles and a bustle cage semi-hoop that hold the structure and create a Victorian silhouette that was fashionable in the 1880s. So you only need one piece of clothing instead of two to wear with your Victorian dress or costume.
The silhouette of the 1880s is slightly different from standard Victorian, so we located the hoops below the knee to provide the best result for a truly historical look.
The petticoat will be made of taffeta and decorated with many ruffles.
It will be perfect for complementing the Victorian look.
The skirt has a train, so it is best worn with similar dresses (follow links below to see examples).
